The responding Troopers arrested Evrard for menacing the victim with a knife. Evrard has failed to appear to the Town of Wheatfield Court to answer the charges pending.

DAVID C. DEBARTH is wanted by the New York State Police and the Town of Black Brook Court for being found in possession of approximately 5 ounces of marihuana, 68 marihuana plants and a small quantity of hashish subsequent to a consent search of his residence on December 2, 2010.

JAMES R CANFIELD is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Oneonta on the above charges. While investigating three different cases Canfield was arrested in Oneonta, NY. He has since failed to pay fines on these charges. On August 14, 2015, the Town of Oneonta Court issued three bench warrants for the arrest of Canfield.

NICOLE M. BODIE was stopped in the City of Kingston for numerous vehicle and traffic law violations. Bodie was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and a glass pipe containing crack cocaine. Bodie failed to return to court and and a bench warrant was issued for her arrest out of the City of Kingston Court.

PHILLIP A. GRISWOLD is wanted on a bench warrant from the Town of Wilton Court for failure to appear after an arrest earlier this year for the above charges. As a passenger in a vehicle stopped after being involved in a larceny of tools Griswold was found to be in possession of a quantity of heroin. He also has active warrants on separate charges from the Albany Police Department, Mechanicville Police Department, Troy Police Department, and the Rensselaer and Warren County Sheriff’s Offices.
