Dover man arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

PRESS RELEASE
Dover, New York – On August 24, 2015, State Police from Dover charged 58-year-old Michael P. Cowan, of Dover, New York, with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Cowan was stopped on State Route 22 for not wearing his seatbelt and was found to be intoxicated.

Cowan’s Blood Alcohol Content was discovered to be .23%.  He was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Dover Court on September 21, 2015.
