Town of Newburgh Man Arrested for Multiple Counts of Criminal Contempt 1st Degree.

PRESS RELEASE

The New York State Police announce the arrest of Raymond Serrano of Newburgh, NY. Mr. Serrano was charged with 3 counts of Criminal Contempt 1st, a class E Felony, Criminal Contempt 2nd, a class A Misdemeanor, Stalking 4th, a class B Misdemeanor, and 2 counts of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a class A Misdemeanor.

Investigation in, conjunction with the Town of Newburgh Police Department, revealed that Mr. Serrano violated several order of protections issued by Orange County Family Court, Village of Wappingers Court, and the Town of Montgomery Court by stalking and harassing both protected persons. 

Mr. Serrano was arraigned in the Town of Newburgh Court by Justice Martini and was remanded to the Orange County Jail with no bail.
