Two Dutchess County men charged with heroin possession

LaGrange, New York – On August 12, 2015, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Paul T. Tosto Jr., 48 years old of Verbank, New York, and Michael L. Fragoso, age 27, of Poughkeepsie, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Fragoso was operating on State Route 82 at Cole Road for failing to maintain his designated lane of travel.  Subsequent to an investigation conducted by police, Fragoso and Tosto, were each found to possess heroin.Tosto and Fragoso were issued appearance tickets directing them to appear before the Town of LaGrange Court on August 18, 2015.
