Wappinger, New York – On August 9, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Tonijean Wolfe, 26 years old, of Millerton, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped a Nissan Sentra traveling on Old Hopewell Road for failure to maintain the designated lane of travel.  Troopers interviewed the driver, identified as Wolfe, and observed clues that indicated she was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Wolfe provided a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .19%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication. She was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Wappinger Court on August 27, 2015.
