Peekskill woman arrested for Petit Larceny

Cortlandt, New York – On August 10, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Martha Inga-Pani, 28 years old, of Peekskill, New York, for Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Troopers were dispatched to Kohl’s Department Store located in the Town of Cortlandt for a larceny complaint. A Kohl’s employee informed police that Inga-Pani had concealed approximately $100 worth of jewelry and socks on her person and proceeded to walk passed the registers, avoiding payment.
The suspect was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Cortlandt Court of August 24, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
