ARREST: Members of the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Frank A. Hasenflue, 31, of Callicoon, New York.

Mr. Hasenflue was charged with the class A misdemeanors of Assault in the 3rd Degree, and Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd Degree.

On August 9th, 2015 at approximately 02:30 a.m., Deputies responded to the Rondout Valley Campground Equity Lifestyle Properties for a physical domestic dispute. An investigation revealed that Mr. Hasenflue and the victim engaged in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical fight resulting in an assault. Furthermore, Mr. Hasenflue prevented the victim from leaving the trailer. Mr. Hasenflue was taken into custody without incident and processed on the charges at the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office Wawarsing Substation.

Mr. Hasenflue was arraigned in the Town of Rochester Justice Court and released on his own recognizance. Mr. Hasenflue is due back in the Town of Rochester Justice Court at a later time.

ARREST: Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of U. Peter Weitze, 72 years old of Esopus, New York.

Mr. Weitze was charged with the Violation of Trespass.

On August 8, 2015 at approximately 11:30am, Deputies responded to an address in the Town of Esopus for a trespass complaint. Upon arriving, contact was made with Mr. Weitze, and through investigation it was determined Mr. Weitze had previously been asked to leave the property and not return.

Mr. Weitze was processed at the scene, and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Esopus Court on August 17, 2015 at 4:30pm.

ARREST: Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Jared Naccarato, 30 years old, of 31 Clifton Ave. Kingston, N.Y.

Mr. Naccarato was charged with the Misdemeanors of Driving While Intoxicated and Driving with a Blood Alcohol about .08%.

On August 08, 2015 at about 11:50 am. Deputies stopped Mr. Naccarato at a DWI check point in the Town of Saugerties. While speaking with Mr. Naccarato, Deputies determined he was intoxicated.

Mr. Naccarato was processed and released on appearance tickets due in the Town of Saugerties Court on 08/19/2015 at 7:00pm.

Deputies were assisted at the check point by members of the Town of Saugerties Police, Town of Ulster Police and New York State Troopers.
