Investigation reveals additional charges for Stuyvesant man following his May arrest

Kinderhook, New York – On July 28, 2015, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Livingston barracks charged 16-year-old Daniel J. Repko, of Stuyvesant, New York, with Burglary 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.

On May 24, 2015, Repko was arrested for Grand Larceny 3rd Degree following a pursuit he led State Police on utilizing a stolen vehicle.  Subsequent investigation revealed that Repko had burglarized the Icabod Crane Middle School on May 24, 2015, prior to being taken into custody.

Repko was arraigned before the Town of Kinderhook Court on the charges of Burglary 3rd and returned to the custody of the Columbia County Jail.
