State Police arrest New York City man following collision

Yorktown, New York – On July 19, 2015, New York State Police from Hawthorne arrested Kaliq Brantley, 30 years old, of New York, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers responded to a two-car collision on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Yorktown.  Brantley was traveling southbound on the Taconic State Parkway and struck another southbound vehicle in the rear.  An investigation revealed that Brantley was intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Brantley provided a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .13%  and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Yorktown court on July 28, 2015.
