State Police arrest Buchanan man following lengthy investigation

The New York State Police at Cortlandt announce the arrest of Calman Greenburg, age 72, of Buchanan, New York, following a lengthy investigation. On July 18, 2015, Greenburg was charged with one count of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, a Class “B” Felony (NYS Penal Law 130.75).It is alleged that over the course of several years, Greenburg sexually assaulted a juvenile victim under the age of 13 at a residence in the Verplanck section of the Town of Cortlandt.

Greenburg was arraigned in Cortlandt Town Court and remanded to Westchester County Jail without bail. He is due back in Cortlandt Town Court on Monday, July 20th, 2015.
