On July 9th, 2015, the members of the New York State Police, Troop F, at SP Ellenville, announce the arrest of a male subject for assault in the Town of Wawarsing N.Y.
Arrested was Glen Peck, age 30, of Kerhonkson, New York who was charged with Assault in the Third degree, a misdemeanor. .
Peck became involved in a domestic dispute with a female subject and the verbal dispute soon turned physical. During the dispute, Peck struck the female in the head and caused a small laceration. The victim was treated and released from Ellenville Hospital with a minor laceration. Peck fled the scene prior to police arrival but was located shortly after the incident and taken into custody.
Glen Peck was arrested and processed at SP Ellenville. He was arraigned in the Village of Ellenville Court before Village Justice Matthew Parker who released Peck on his own recognizance to reappear in the Town of Wawarsing Court at a later date.
