Union Vale man arrested following domestic dispute

Union Vale, New York – On June 25, 2015, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie Barracks arrested Kyle H. Freihofer, 17 years old, of Union Vale, New York, for Assault 3^rdDegree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

On June 25, 2015, Troopers were dispatched to a physical domestic dispute in the Town of Union Vale.  Pursuant to an investigation conducted by police, it was determined that Freihofer assaulted a LaGrange woman by punching and slapping her face, causing injury.

Freihofer was arraigned before the Town of Union Vale Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail.  He is due to return before the Union Vale Court on July 1, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
