PRESS RELEASE

On June 25, 2015, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation – Middletown discovered a credit card skimming device attached to a Bank of America ATM located in the Wallkill Town Center on Schutt Rd Ext in the Town of Wallkill.

The discovery was made due to a complaint being received that the ATM was not working as usual.  If you have used that ATM recently and believe that your identity has been compromised, contact either your financial institution or Bank of America.  It is unknown how long the device had been attached to that ATM and the investigation is ongoing at this time.
