Millbrook man arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

LaGrange, New York – On June 21, 2015, New York State Police from the Stormville barracks arrested Javier O. Castillo-Torres, 30 years old, of Millbrook, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped the vehicle Castillo-Torres was operating for failure to keep right on State Route 82. Castillo-Torres was found to be intoxicated following an investigation conducted by the arresting officer.
Castillo-Torres provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .17% and was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear in the Town of LaGrange Court on June 30, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.
