Dover man arrested for Criminal Mischief

Dover Plains, New York – On June 17, 2015, New York State Police from the Dover barracks arrested Jonathan C. Paulsen, 18 years old, of Dover, New York, for Criminal Mischief 3^rdDegree, a Class E Felony.On June 14, 2015, Troopers were dispatched to a Dover residence for a criminal mischief complaint.

The victim reported to police that someone had scratched her Dodge pick-up truck causing approximately $700 worth of damage.  Investigation revealed that Paulsen had scratched the victim’s truck, causing an indentation to the vehicle’s body.Paulsen was arraigned before the Town of Amenia Court and released on his own recognizance.  He is scheduled to appear before the Town of Dover Court on June 18, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
