Katonah woman arrested for driving while intoxicated

Somers, New York – On June 14, 2015, New York State Police from the Somers barracks arrested Angela M. Ginty, 43 years old, of Katonah, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers conducted a stationary DWI checkpoint on Route 35 in the Town of Somers. As a result of the checkpoint, Ginty was found to be intoxicated.
Ginty supplied a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .15%. She was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Somers Court on June 29, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.
