Cairo woman arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and other charges

PRESS RELEASE

On May 26, 2015, State Police in Catskill arrested BRITTANY L. DIDOMENICO, age 33, of Cairo, New York for 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor and 1 count of Resisting Arrest, also a class A misdemeanor.

Investigation revealed that DIDOMENICO, who was highly intoxicated, struck a 13 year old child in the face with a closed fist in the presence of a two year old child. Neither child was injured. When Troopers attempted to place DIDOMENICO into custody, she resisted arrest by refusing to comply and pushing away from Troopers.

DIDOMENICO was arraigned in Town of Catskill Court and committed to Greene County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
