NYSP at Dover Plains arrest North Salem woman on domestic and DWI charges

On May 31, 2015 New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks arrested Jennifer L. Petruso of North Salem, NY on domestic and DWI charges.  Petruso was arrested on Criminal Contempt 2nd charges for violating a court’s Order of Protection.  During the investigation, it was determined the Petruso had also operated a vehicle in an intoxicated condition.  She was subsequently found to have a B.A.C. of .21%; almost three times the legal limit; as a result she was additionally charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated.  Petruso was arraigned in the Town of Dover Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $1,000 bail/$5,000 bond.  She is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Pawling Court on June 4, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.
