Cortlandt man charged with Driving While Intoxicated

Yorktown, New York – On May 27, 2015, New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Kenneth Grossberger, 64 years old, of Cortlandt Manor, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched to look for an erratic vehicle traveling on the Taconic State Parkway.  Troopers stopped the suspect vehicle and discovered that the driver, identified as Grossberger, was intoxicated at the time of the traffic stop.

Grossberger provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content
of .09% and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Yorktown Court on June 11, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
