Hurley Man arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing

On May 14, 2015 the New York State Police at Kingston arrested Garrett W Robinson, 32 years old, of West Hurley, NY, for 2 counts of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and 1 count of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, all Misdemeanors.
Robinson was arrested for 3 charges stemming from 2 incidents. One incident occurred on May 13, 2015 and the other on May 14, 2015. The victim was the same in both incidents.
Robinson was arraigned before Town of Hurley Justice Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash bail or $5000 secured bond. He was scheduled to appear in the Town of Hurley Court on Thursday May 21, 2015 at 5:30pm.
An Order of Protection was issued by the Court on behalf of the victim.
