Pawling, New York – On May 9, 2015, New York State Police from the Dover barracks arrested 51-year-old Anthony J. Boula of  East Fishkill, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched by Dutchess County 911 to be on the lookout for an erratically operated vehicle last seen traveling on West Main Street in the Village of Pawling.

The suspect vehicle was located on Old Route 55 failing to maintain its lane of travel.  Troopers stopped the vehicle and interviewed the driver who identified himself as Anthony Boula.  Subsequent investigation revealed that Boula was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Boula supplied a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .28%, more than 3 times the legal limit of intoxication.  Boula was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Pawling Court on May 14, 2015.
