Joseph Z. Maklary passed away Sunday, May 3, 2015 at his home in Pawling, NY. He was 84.
Born in the Bronx on April 15, 1931, he was the son of Joseph and Margaret (Bathory) Maklary. He served in the Air Force in the Korean War, and was a truck mechanic for International Harvester in the Bronx.
He is survived by his daughter Rosie Lent of Pawling; his sister, Alberta Visconti of Indiana; three grandchildren, Danette Serale of Connecticut, Kerry Lent, also of Connecticut, and Meredith Goncalves of Rhode Island and their spouses; and six great-grandchildren.
