PRESS RELEASE
A joint investigaiton of a 34 year old Stockport resident by the New York State Department of Labor and the New York State Police has resulted in the arrest of Jason Pothul for Grand Larceny 3rd and Offering a False Instrument for Filing.
The investigaiton revealed that during 2012, Pothul stole over $3,000 from New York State when he fraudulently filed for unemployment.
He was arraigned in the Town of Claverack Court and is set to return to the Town of Kinderhook Court on 2/17/15 at 6:00 pm.
