Chatham Man Arrested For Child Porn

On February 22, 2024, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks in conjunction with the Troop K Computer Crimes Unit arrested Daniel S. Muniz, age 30, of Chatham, NY, for five counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony.

Following a law enforcement tip, Investigators from the Troop K Computer Crimes Unit and SP Livingston determined Daniel Muniz was in possession of child pornography.

Muniz was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Chatham Court on March 6, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
