Sherman Artists Open Studio. December 2 & 3, 2023 10 am – 4 pm

The third annual Sherman Artists Open Studio is this coming Saturday and Sunday, December 2 & 3, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Twenty-five local artists are participating in this year’s Open Studio event. Artists will be in their studios, at the Sherman Town Hall, the Sherman Senior Center, and White Silo Winery. The show features local painters, photographers, mixed media, jewelry, fused glass, and fabric artists. This is a chance to meet the artists,  learn about their processes and do some holiday shopping.  For more information, visit www.ShermanArtists.org

Bright yellow signs throughout Sherman will guide you to the locations.  Pick up a brochure at many local Sherman locations.  The brochure has a map, overviews of the participating artists, and a list of sponsors. The brochure can also be downloaded from the website: www.shermanartists.org.

Seven artists are opening their home studios: Virginia Shaffer with guest Bethe Bogues,  Cathlee Kessman, Christy Bonaiuto, Kenny Litwack, Linda Hubbard, MJ Newman and MaryJane Magoon.   At the Sherman Town Hall will be Bonnie Johnson, Carolyn Cohen, Charlene Leichter, Denise Schlesinger, Elizabeth Knowles, Jill Kaplan and Jodi King.  At the Sherman Senior Center will be Christina Maschke, Cynthia O’Connor, Doreen O’Connor, Jeff Ginsburg & Lu Li, John Charles & Mako Kumano, Mae Maimone,  Renee Collins, Susan Grisell and Ted Hollander.  Terry Pasquale will be at the White Silo Farm & Winery.
