Pawling Man charged after child pornography investigation

The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Daniel Arnold, age 37 of Holmes NY, in connection with a recent investigation by the Sheriff’s Office’s Detective Bureau in conjunction with the US Department of Homeland Security.

Mr. Arnold was arrested on 11/22/23 and has been charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child, which is a felony. As part of the investigation, various electronic devices and material was seized upon the execution of a search warrant. After being processed Mr. Arnold was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear before the Town of East Fishkill Court on 12/19/23.
