Maryann Julia Adinolfi, 91 of Pleasant Valley since 1961, died on November 8, 2023 at MIdHudson Regional Hospital of Westchester Medical Center. Born in Brooklyn, NY on November 28, 1931, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Cozak Julia.
Maryann was a parish secretary at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, was employed by Met Life Insurance Co. for 13 years, a Home Health Aide for 8 years and a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant since 1978.
She was a past member of the Pleasant Valley Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Italian Center and their Bocce Team, Victory Lodge, Vice-President of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel St. Ann’s Society, a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church, member of 62 Club and Queen City.
Maryann is survived by her 2 daughters, Andrea DeLease and Janet Minichino, her son Andrew J. Adinolfi ; her 2 granddaughters Charlotte Ortiz and Diana Minckler; 2 great grandchildren Alyssa Reilly and Jason Reilly; future great grandson Elijah Minckler and half sister Linda Julia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 13 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm at 1605 Main St., Pleasant Valley. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, November 14 at 11 am from St. Stanislaus Church, 1890 Main St., Pleasant Valley. Entombment will follow in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
