Dover, New York – On November 6, 2023, the New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks arrested Charles S. Beisser, age 61, of Dover, for two counts of Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony.

Following a law enforcement tip received by the State Police, investigation determined Beisser was in possession of child pornography.

Beisser was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Dover Court on November 13, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.
