Drug Task Force Captures Alleged Poughkeepsie Fentanyl Dealer…. Again

The Dutchess County Drug Task Force reports the arrest of Timothy Robinson from the Town of Poughkeepsie, age 50,
for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3
rd degree, a Class B Felony.
On 08/30/23 members of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force apprehended Mr. Robinson on Mansion Street in the
City of Poughkeepsie after an ongoing investigation into him continuing to sell Fentanyl after he was previously arrested
by the Drug Task Force in late July. Mr. Robinson was later arraigned in the City of Poughkeepsie Court and remanded
without bail into the custody of the Dutchess County Jail.
The Dutchess County Drug Task Force is issuing a warning to all drug dealers, If you decide to sell poison in our
communities, you will end up in handcuffs.
