      Josh Horner

The New York State Police Child Abuse Unit announces the arrest of Josh Horner, age 34 from Walden, NY.   The New York State Police working in conjunction with Child Protective Services received a complaint about a child under thirteen years old being sexually abused by Horner.   The investigation led to Horner’s arrest on Monday August 29, 2023.   Horner was subsequently charged with Sexual Abuse 1^st (D-Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A Misdemeanor).    He was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Kimberly Vanhaaster and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000.00 bail/$15,000 bond.   Horner was directed to return to the Town of Montgomery Court on September 1^st, 2023, at 11:00 AM.
