Town of Poughkeepsie Alleged Drug Dealer Apprehended by Drug Task Force
The Dutchess County Drug Task Force reports the arrest of Jerry Dixon from the Town of Poughkeepsie, age 65, for criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree with intent to sell.
On 07/26/23 the Dutchess County Drug Task Force with the assistance of the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Detective Division and the City of Poughkeepsie Neighborhood Recovery Unit executed a search warrant at Mr. Dixon’s residence
located at the Lakeview Arms Apartments in the Town of Poughkeepsie. As a result of an investigation into drug sales in the Town of Poughkeepsie and City of Poughkeepsie, Mr. Dixon was taken into custody and numerous controlled substances were seized from his residence. Mr. Dixon was later released per the Town of Poughkeepsie Justice Court and ordered to appear in court on 08/15/23 at 08:00 am.
