Lagrange, New York – On July 20, 2023, the New York State Police arrested Michael S. Fowler, age 37, of Wappingers Falls, NY, for attempted Rape in the 1^st degree, a class C felony.

Subsequent to an investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Troop K, it was determined Fowler attempted to have sexual intercourse with a victim under the age of thirteen.

Michael S. Fowler was arraigned before the honorable Judge O’Hare of the town of Lagrange court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, $15,000 bond, or $100,000 partially secure bond.
