Lagrange, New York – On June 26, 2023, the New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Robert R. Dichiara, age 65, of Lagrange, for Grand Larceny in the 3^rd degree, a class D felony, and Scheme to Defraud in the 1^st degree, a class E felony.

After receiving a complaint, investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation determined Robert Dichiara stole over $43,000 while designated as the Treasurer of the Arlington Lacrosse Developmental Club.

Dichiara was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Bisceglia-Sullivan of the town of Lagrange Court and released under the supervision of Dutchess County Probation.  He is next scheduled to reappear before the court on July 18, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
