Christine was born on October 16, 1952 in New Milford, CT, to the late Robert and Rita Druckreier. Christine live most of her life in the Hudson Valley, having lived in Dover Plains for the last 25 years. On February 21, 1981 she married Steven Rex Power who predeceased her.
She is survived by her four daughters: Katherine Nodine, Kristie Pape (William), Jessica Power and Stephanie Power. She is also survived by five siblings, Barbara Dellangelo (Jimmy Alger), Deborah Smith (Marshall), Robert Druckreier (Alice), Anne Marie Coderre (Donald) and Michael Druckreier (Lisa). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Paul Jr., Allie, Andrew, Bryan, Mary Joseph, Savannah, Madison, Emmalee, Abagail and Damien and too many nieces and nephews to count. In addition to her parents and husband, Christine is predeceased by a daughter, Shannon Druckreier.
Christine loved her big fluff of a dog, Lexie. She also enjoyed Betty Boop, The New York Yankees, playing games on her phone, watching Hallmark movies, Saturday night card games and Baconfest. She was the matriarch of her family making sure everyone was ok and getting along.
