Southeast, New York – On February 10, 2023, the New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Kenneth Rios, age 26, of Danbury, CT, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rd degree with intent to sell, a class B felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4^th degree, a class C felony.

At approximately 10:15 p.m., Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 684 of a 2012 Acura TL for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.  Investigation determined Rios was in possession of approximately 5 grams of cocaine.

Rios was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Southeast Court on March 3, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
