NARCOTICS INVESTIGATIONS LEAD TO ARREST IN FISHKILL
The Dutchess County Drug Task Force reports the arrest of Charlinea Ganzaroli, age 23, on 09/16/2022 for
Attempted Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree a class C Felony, Attempted
Promoting Prison Contraband 3rd degree a class D Felony, and Official Misconduct in the 2nd degree a Class E
Felony.
The arrest was the result of an investigation into Mrs. Ganzaroli, a current New York State Corrections Officer,
attempting to smuggle narcotics into a New York State Department of Corrections Facility. This investigation
is ongoing and no further information will be released at this time.

As with any criminal case, the charge described above is merely an accusation and Mrs.Ganzaroli is presumed
innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
