Lagrange, New York – On July 27, 2022, the New York Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Orlando Ramos, age 54, of Lagrange, for Criminal Sex Act in the 1st degree, a class B felony, and two counts of Sexual Abuse in the 1st degree, a class D felony.

In December of 2021 the New York State Police began investigating a possible sexual assault. Investigation determined Ramos sexually assaulted the victim who was familiar with him.

Ramos was arraigned before the Dutchess County Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $250,000 bond.
