Bedford, New York – On March 4, 2022, the New York State Police from the Somers barracks arrested Andrew Mancuso, age 31, of Greenwood, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2^nd degree, a class C felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7^th degree, a class A misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device, a class B misdemeanor.

At approximately 7:00 p.m., Troopers conducted a traffic stop of a 2008 Hyundai Elantra on Interstate 684 for violations of the vehicle and traffic law.  Investigation determined the operator, identified as Mancuso, was in illegal possession of approximately 4 grams of alprazolam and a Glock 43 9mm handgun.

Mancuso was arraigned before the town of North Castle Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
