PRESS RELEASE
Catskill – On February 20, 2022, at approximately 9:21 p.m. Troopers from the Catskill barracks stopped a 2003 Subaru Outback on West Bridge Street in the town of Catskill for a vehicle and traffic law violation. While speaking to the operator of the vehicle, Jessica Collazo, age 31 from the town of Catskill, Troopers learned the vehicle had an invalid registration. She was subsequently arrested for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. Troopers then interviewed the passenger of the vehicle, Raymond J. Robles and Collazo were transported back to the State Police barracks in Catskill. A secondary search of Collazo yielded two crack pipes and two plastic bags containing crack-cocaine. Both were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, a felony and the additional misdemeanors of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree.

They were issued appearance tickets returnable on March 10, 2022, to the Town of Catskill Court.
