Pawling 2021 Graduates Sofia Carrozza and Aidan Clowry named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll Fall 2021

Annville, Pa. (January 28) – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced its 2021 fall Academic Honor Roll award winners. Across its seven fall sports, 1,843 MAC student-athletes earned the accolade and 296 sported a perfect 4.0 GPA this semester.

FDU-Florham saw 113 of its student-athletes earn a spot on the Fall 2021 MAC Academic Honor Roll and 12 student-athletes post a perfect 4.0 GPA this semester. The Devils ranked seventh in the conference for the most overall honorees and ranked seventh in the MAC for most 4.0 GPA’s.

In their individual sports, the FDU football team (42) posted the second-highest total honorees this fall only behind Widener (43), while the FDU volleyball team (13) ranked third in the conference only behind Misericordia, which had 15 honorees and Stevens, York, Alvernia and Hood, which all had 14.

The fall academic honor roll is comprised of student-athletes who compete in a varsity level sport and registered a fall term/semester GPA of 3.20 (on a 4.00 scale) or higher. The MAC, which spans three conferences, 18 institutions, 27 sports and 40 championships, is committed to excellence in undergraduate education, to education of the whole person, to high standards of athletic competition and good sportsmanship, and to support of student athletes so they may reach their full potential and be prepared for professional success and service to their communities.
