MONDAY, APRIL 27, 2015
1. Today is a “B” Day.
2. Attention all high school students! There are only 40 Yearbooks left. See Ms. Wool to reserve your copy today. They are $65 until May 1st then they will be $70.
3. The Cricket Valley Energy Scholarship is available in the guidance office. This $3,000 scholarship is for Seniors planning to major in the fields of Energy Engineering or the Environment. The due date is Thursday, April 30th. Please stop by the guidance office for more information
4. Today there will be a high school Student Council meeting after school in Ms. Krieger’s room. The meeting will be regarding elections. If you plan on running for office next year, you are welcome to attend. This meeting is mandatory for present officers.
5. NAMI Ribbon Campaign: volunteers needed to hang ribbons at each school campus. Potential dates are Wednesday, April 29th and Thursday, April 30th. Stop by the community service office for more information.
6. PTSA Family Fun Night: 10 students are needed to help the PTSA at Wingdale Elementary for Family Fun Night from 5:30-8:30 pm on Friday, May 8th. Sign up outside Mrs. Cleaveland’s room.
7. Dover Stone Church Preserve/NY-NJ Trail Conference: Various events including creating hiking new trails, maintaining trails and informational sessions. This includes multiple dates from May through June. Stop by the community service office for more information.
8. Just a reminder that as the weather gets warmer please dress appropriately. If you are not dressed according to the handbook code, Ms. Angelis will be talking to you. Your mid-drift must be covered.
9. Attention all Middle School Students – Don’t forget Spirit Week is here! Tuesday, April 28th is Pajama Day, Wednesday, April 29th is Movie Character Day, Thursday, April 30th is Crazy Hair Day and finally on Friday, May 1st it’s 80’s Day. Prizes will be given at the end of the week to the students who have shown the most school spirit!
10. Treble Makers will meet today from 2-3:30 pm. Please be at this rehearsal! We will have solo auditions today!
11. Shrek rehearsal today will be from 2-5 pm. All Fairytale characters stay after for the full duration of rehearsal!! We will be reviewing all vocals and choreography for Freak Flag, Morning Person, and Story of My Life. Please be at the full rehearsal Monday!
