Obituary, Geraldine M. Sanchirico

Geraldine M. Sanchirico, 74, a resident of Wingdale, NY, formerly of the Bronx passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. Mrs. Sanchirico was a manager at Pathmark in Co-op City (NE Bronx), NY.

Born on June 24, 1947 in the Bronx she was the daughter of the late William and Evelyn (McCulloch) Barry. On March 13, 1965, in the Bronx, she married Angelo Sanchirico who survives at home.

In addition to her loving husband, Mrs. Sanchirico is survived by three sons, William Sanchirico and his wife, Nellie; Thomas Sanchirico and his wife, Janine, and Robert Sanchirico all of Wingdale, NY, and a daughter, Maryann Lucas also of Wingdale. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Ryan, Thomas, Nicole and Robert Sanchirico and Robert and Brian Martinez.

Calling hours will be held form 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, January 28, 2022, at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 62 Mill St., Dover Plains, NY.
