Carol L. Pine, a 25-year resident of Poughkeepsie, NY, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie.
Born in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Hedley Pine and Dorothy Pine O’Malley. Carol attended grade school and high school in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn and attended St. Mary’s College in NYC; she then went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Newburgh, NY.
Carol was an excellent Teacher at Dutchess Community College and BOCES in Poughkeepsie, an Administrative Assistant for the TEXACO Corporation in White Plains, NY and Carol was a successful Entrepreneur.
Carol enjoyed sewing and crafts. She was a church secretary and a choir member at Beth-El Church of God in Christ.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son Jamal Bowman and her daughter Hasidyah Healey.

Burial will follow at the Clove Cemetery, Union Vale, NY.
Masks are required at the funeral home, church, and cemetery.
