Born on May 28, 1963 in Norwalk, CT, he was the son of Phyllis (Leas) Zagarella of Danbury, CT and the late Carl Zagarella. On February 14, 1990 in Brewster, NY he married Antoinette “Dolly” Folchetti who survives at home.
Mr. Zagarella was an avid NASCAR and motor sports fan. He enjoyed riding his ATV and was a member of the Hilltown Riders in East Nassau, NY. He was also an avid golfer and fisherman.
In addition to his loving wife, Mr. Zagarella is survived by three sons, Anthony C. Zagarella, Jr. and his wife, Caitlynne, of Delta, OH, Andrew Zagarella and his wife, Jamie, of Bryan, OH and Nicholas Zagarella and his wife, Ashleigh, of Wassaic, NY. He is also survived by a daughter, Ashley Zagarella of Poughkeepsie, NY and nine grandchildren: Payton, Ava, Anthony III, Jack, Juli, Kennedy and Jesse Zagarella, George Mei and Mia Ocasio.
