Wappinger, New York – December 22, 2020, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Wappinger barracks began investigating a report of a stolen generator from a residence on Montfort Road in the town of Wappinger on December 16, 2020.

The generator reported stolen is a Honda EB 6500 Portable generator with an auto start and dual batteries.  It was purchased in 2014 and was at that time worth approximately $2,900.  The photograph provided is a similar type and not the actual item stolen.
