1. Today is a “B” Day.
2. Attention Juniors! All of those interested in getting a parking permit for next year must attend Teen Driving tonight night with a parent or guardian. Registration begins at 6:15 pm. All volunteers must be there by 6 pm!
3. There will be a Leo Club poster making party on Wednesday, April 22. Come to Mrs. Colacchio’s room #1038 after school to make posters, chat and eat food!
4. Community Service Opportunity: Volunteers are needed for the J.H.K. Auxiliary Spaghetti Dinner on April 25th at 4:30 and 6 pm. Stop by the community service office for more information.
5. Cosplay will meet today at 2:10 pm in room 1126. Next week is our tournament. Please come to today’s meeting if you are playing next week.
6. The Dover Music Boosters will be hosting a “Family comedy Night” Saturday, April 25th at 7 pm at Dover High School. Come join the fun with Hypnotist, Hypno Lorenzo and comedian, Ronnie Reed. Advance ticket sales $10 or $15 at the door. Tickets will be on sale during lunch periods on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
7. Today’s Alcohol Awareness theme is: Rock out against alcohol! Hope everyone has their favorite band shirt on! Fact of the day is: Nearly 10 million young people, ages 12 to 20, reported that they’ve consumed alcohol in the past 30 days. Tomorrow’s theme is: Too Bright for Alcohol – Wear something NEON!
8. Our school is participating in what is called Bonnie Boxes to help cancer patients. Please donate little things like accessories, fuzzy socks and fun games, etc., by May 9th. Together we can give them strength to fight on. Bring the items to Ms. Murray’s room 1043 or to the high school main office.

10. Tomorrow is Earth Day and Green Team will meet in Mrs. Elliott’s room after school. If you would like to make a difference in your environment, please come join us! We will be discussing our spring plans and doing some work in the Courtyard Habitat Garden.
11. This Thursday, April 23rd Varsity Baseball will be playing Onteora at Dutchess Stadium. Please come out and see the team play at a professional facility. It will be a fun day. Game time is 4:15 pm.
12. Attention all Middle School Students – Don’t forget Spirit Week is coming soon! Monday, April 27th is Twin Day, Tuesday, April 28th is Pajama Day, Wednesday, April 29th is Movie Character Day, Thursday, April 30th is Crazy Hair Day and finally on Friday, May 1st it’s 80’s Day.
13. Dear Juniors who have not yet purchased prom tickets – Do you want to be the ONLY reason why we don’t have a prom? Do you really want to suffer a year and two months of ridicule? All because you didn’t buy a ticket to the most memorable night of your life? If not, do I have an offer for you. . . Buy a Prom Ticket! Tickets will be sold Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays during lunch periods.
