Barricaded subject in Gallatin

Gallatin, New York – On November 9, 2020, the New York State Police responded to Doodletown Road in the town of Gallatin for a barricaded subject.

Initially Troopers responded to Doodletown Road for a report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival to the scene, the subject later identified as, Madison A. Kreutzer, age 34, of Hudson,  NY, discharged a firearm at the responding Troopers.

Kreutzer then barricaded herself in a residence before eventually surrendering.  She was taken into custody without further incident.

This investigation remains ongoing.
