The Little Free Library on the Appalachian Trail

The Little Free Library on the Appalachian Trail

If you are a regular hiker on the Appalachian Trail, then you already know about The Pawling Library’s Little Free Library.  However, for those who are not avid Trail hikers, members of the Library’s board of trustees regularly bring new paperbacks to the Little Free Library so that hikers can enjoy a good read during rest times, down times, or any number of break or meal times that occur when doing a substantial hike on the trail.  It’s just one of the many free services that The Pawling Library provides to our community and the community of hikers that are just passing through. This week, Amy Emke and Karen Franco brought a new load of paperbacks to the Little Free Library.  To anyone on the Trail looking for that good read…Enjoy!
