PRESS RELEASE

On July 20, 2020, at 8:15 a.m.,  State Police Liberty responded to a 911 call for a deceased male located in a grassy area off of the shoulder of Ragin Road in the Town of Rockland, Sullivan County. The deceased was identified as Roy Den Hollander, age 72 of New York, NY. He was found with a single gunshot wound to the head and the scene was consistent with suicide.  The investigation remains ongoing.
