State Police in Troop K remove twenty impaired motorists from public roadways over the June 6, 2020 weekend

On June 5, 2020, the State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Andrew C. Pesavento, age 32, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 5, 2020, the State Police from SP Livingston arrested Tyler S. Mashaw, age 27, of Ghent, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9H in the town of Ghent, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 5, 2020, the State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Drew P. Dutcher, age 37, of East Fishkill, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of East Fishkill, when he was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 6, 2020, the State Police from SP Somers arrested Jeffrey Forzani, age 32, of Danbury, CT, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of North Salem, when he was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 6, 2020, the State Police from SP Brewster arrested Steven C. Beckham, age 24, of Danbury, CT, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Danbury Road in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 6, 2020, the State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Jamal R. Bell, age 31, of Highland Mills, NY, for DWAI Drugs with a prior conviction, a class E felony. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Greenburgh, when he was stopped for traveling south in the northbound lanes. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 6, 2020, the State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Julio C. Carreras, age 30, of Bronx, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley, when he was stopped for traveling south in the northbound lanes. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 6, 2020, the State Police from SP Brewster arrested Kyle P. Brady, age 32, of Southeast, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Starr Ridge Road in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 6, 2020, the State Police from SP Brewster arrested Traceyann V. Thompson-Murray, age 43, of Danbury, CT, for Aggravated DWI. She was traveling on State Route 121 in the town of Southeast, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 6, 2020, the State Police from SP Stormville arrested Daniel A. Mayorga, age 37, of Fishkill, NY, for DWAI drugs, Reckless Driving, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, all misdemeanors, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd degree, and three counts of Criminal Possession of a large capacity ammo feeding device, all class D felonies. After being the subject of a complaint of driving on lawns Mayorga was located traveling on Fourth Road in the town of East Fishkill, and was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of drugs, in illegal possession of an AK-47, three thirty round magazines, and a small amount of Ketamine.
On June 6, 2020, the State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Vinessa Varghese, age 21, of Wappinger, NY, for Aggravated DWI. She was traveling on New Hackensack Road in the town of Wappinger, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 6, 2020, the State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Henry R. Perez, age 46, of Bronx, NY, for DWI. He was located parked on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Mount Pleasant consuming alcoholic beverages. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 7, 2020, the State Police from SP Kinderhook arrested Denise Gogg, age 58, of Saugerties, NY, for DWI. She was interviewed on State Route 9 in the town of Schodack after driving away from her residence after being involved in a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 7, 2020, the State Police from SP Brewster arrested Joseph D. Sanabria, age 33, of Stamford, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 7, 2020, the State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Sean W. Dolan, age 50, of Carmel, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 7, 2020, the State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Kim B. Brignull, age 53, of Ghent, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Austerlitz, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 7, 2020, the State Police from SP Stormville arrested James D. Brand, age 24, of Wappinger, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of East Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 7, 2020, the State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Mark A. Marques, age 36, of Yonkers, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Kent, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 7, 2020, the State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Ehtisham Altaf, age 24, of Queens, NY, for DWI, Possession of a Forged Instrument, both misdemeanors, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, a class E felony. He was traveling on FDR State Park Road in the town of Yorktown, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, possessed a forged inspection sticker, and his license was suspended.
On June 7, 2020, the State Police from SP Brewster arrested Matthew R. Beaver, age 22, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Milltown Road in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
